Extended Care Program is available for all students K3~1st Grade, Monday-Friday. Early Morning Care hours are from 6:30am — 8:00am and Afternoon Care is from 2:45pm-6:30pm.

The cost for this service is as follow:
A.M. Care $25.00 weekly
P.M. Care $40.00 weekly
A.M and P.M. Care $50.00 weekly

There is a registration fee -one time charge in addition to enrollment fees and tuition- of $25.00 per child due at the time of registration.

During P.M. Care, students participate in inside/outside playtime, uplifting video time, academics (homework), healthy snack time, games, and art projects.

Please note that there is a late fee charged for pick-up after 6:30pm. A late charge of $2.00 per minute per child is accessed and due at the time of pick-up. Failure to pay the late charges will result in termination of your child’s enrollment in the Academy.

On or before 6:30pm, staff must call telephone numbers on the Emergency Information Card to attempt to contact you, a relative or a friend. It is the parent’s responsibility to give us current telephone numbers and to insure that your child is picked up on before 6:30pm. Students who are still in our care at 7:00pm will be released to the Police Department. Staff is not permitted to leave the facility with a student because of the liability involved.

When we cannot contact anyone/or make arrangements for the child to be picked up, the Police Department will be called to pick up the child.
